No. Models run in our cloud by default, so any laptop works. If you have a strong GPU, local inference is in beta.

On your computer, in an ordinary folder. The canvas, the conversations and every version stay local. A generation sends only the inputs that job needs to the model that runs it, and we keep billing and job records, never your canvas. The Privacy Policy has the details.

Yes. Sign in with ChatGPT or Grok in the app, and the agent thinks on your plan. Image, video and 3D generations are still paid with Artyx credits.

One credit is $0.10. Free starts with 20 credits. Indie is $20 for 200 credits, about 225 images or 35 3D models. Credits are bought on the website, never inside the app.

Images save as PNG, JPG, WebP, AVIF and TIFF. 3D models save as GLB, glTF, FBX, USDZ, OBJ and STL. Video saves as MP4 and audio as MP3. Artyx runs on macOS and Windows.
